Bhopal: Governor Shri Mangubhai Patel said that in a democratic system, police is the basis of a strong society. The activism and behavior of the police makes the common man feel safe. The police should be alert, sensitive and polite towards the common people. Governor Shri Patel was addressing the program organized at Lal Parade Ground, Bhopal on Police Memorial Day. He paid floral tributes at the martyr's memorial and had a cordial meeting with the families of the martyred police personnel. Chief Secretary Shri Anurag Jain was also present in the program.
