Ram Charan’s upcoming film Game Changer is slated for a worldwide release on January 10. The music for the Shankar directorial has been composed by Thaman S. On Wednesday, the makers announced December 21 as the release date for their film’s next single.
The promo for the song, reportedly titled ‘Dhop,’ will be released on Wednesday around 6pm. It is to be noted that the previously released singles from the film — ‘Jaragandi,’ ‘Raa Macha Macha,’ and ‘Naa Naa Hyraana’ — have all acquired over 40 million Youtube hits. Ramajogayya Sastry is the lyricist for the film.
Also featuring prominent names like Priyadarshi, Meka Srikanth, Sunil, and SJ Suryah in the supporting cast, Game Changer is billed as a high-octane political thriller. Ram Charan is reportedly playing a double role in the film. Eminent Tamil filmmaker Kartik Subbaraj has penned the storyline. On the technical front, S Thirunavukkarasu is the cinematographer while Shameer Muhammed and Antony Ruben have worked as the editors.
Produced by Raju-Shirish under the banner of Sri Venkateswara Creations, Game Changer also marks the first Telugu film for Shankar in his 32-year career as a director.
