The teaser for the upcoming Pakistani drama “Sun Mere Dil,” starring the beloved duo Wahaj Ali and Maya Ali, has captured the attention of Indian actor Nikool Mehta.
Maya and Wahaj share a well-known friendship in the Pakistani entertainment industry, often seen enjoying playful moments together.
They previously collaborated in the acclaimed drama “Jo Bichar Gaye,” which aired from 2021 to 2022, and are set to reunite in “Sun Mere Dil.”
Fans have eagerly anticipated their return, and the teaser has generated excitement by showcasing their captivating chemistry. It features Maya’s traditional mayun ceremony, along with Wahaj’s dialogues hinting at a romantic storyline.
The teaser has gone viral on social media, gaining traction even before its release in India. Nikool Mehta shared it on his Instagram story, complimenting it with the remark: “Very impressive, bringing back old-school love.” Maya reshared his post, thanking him with emojis of handshakes and smiles.
The drama is penned by the renowned Khalil-ur-Rehman Qamar and directed by Hasib Hassan. In “Sun Mere Dil,” Wahaj Ali portrays Bilal Abdullah, while Maya Ali plays the character Sadaf.
