New Delhi : Vande Bharat sleeper train is going to be started between Guwahati and Kolkata by the end of this month. This new train will ensure better connectivity between eastern and north-eastern India. Let us tell you that Vande Bharat Sleeper Train has been designed keeping in mind the convenience of the general public. There will be no VIP or emergency quota in this. Even senior railway officials will not be able to travel on this train without special permission. Transparent ticketing and no RAC
Only confirmed tickets will be available in the train, which will eliminate the problem of waiting list. RAC ticket will also not be available in this train. Passengers will get upgraded bedrolls, which include high quality blankets and modern berths. This facility will provide a much better experience than regular trains.

Coach and Berth Details
Vande Bharat Sleeper train will have a total of 16 coaches: 11 coaches of Third AC, 4 coaches of Second AC and 1 coach of First AC. The total berth number will be 823, which includes 611 seats in Third AC, 188 in Second AC and 24 seats in First AC.

Modern facilities and special attention to security
The train will have ergonomic berths with advanced cushioning, automatic doors with vestibules, improved suspension and a low noise ride. Apart from this, Automatic Train Protection System (Kavach) and Emergency Talk-Back System are also included. Cleanliness and passenger comfort have been maintained at a high level.
