Noida Engineer Death: The functioning of Noida Authority is once again under question. JE Naveen Kumar’s service was terminated on charges of negligence in the death of Engineer Yuvraj. The state government had shown strictness in this matter. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath had ordered action against the culprits and SIT was formed to investigate. At that time the then CEO of the authority was also attached to Lucknow. But now a new video has surfaced, which has heated up the whole issue again.
A video of February 13 is going viral, in which dismissed JE Naveen Kumar is seen leading a bulldozer action against illegal construction in Sector-71. It is being told that this action was taken in Work Circle-5.
After all, how is Naveen Kumar looking in power?
The biggest question is that when Naveen Kumar’s service was terminated on January 18, with what authority is he seen taking action again? According to sources, he used to report to GM SP Singh and Senior Manager Vishwas Tyagi in the traffic cell. It is alleged that he is still working under their patronage.

No clear answer has come from Noida Authority on this yet. Some officials say that they might have reached the spot while roaming around, but the way they are seen leading the bulldozer operation, this argument seems weak.

Not even a month has passed since Yuvraj’s death and the SIT investigation has also not been completed. In such a situation, seeing the dismissed officer doing duty again raises serious questions on the working style of the authority.
