This video has been shared by a user named Suraj Kumar Buddha, which was posted in two parts. In the first part, some people are seen plucking flowers from trees and decorative areas, while from behind someone is heard saying – “All are educated people.”
In the second video, some elderly people and young men and women are also seen plucking flowers. When he was interrupted, he first ignored it and then started arguing. An elderly woman was also seen throwing flowers in anger.
