Non-bailable warrant issued against filmmaker Ram Gopal Verma, convicted in this case

Mumbai. A non-bailable warrant has been issued against Bollywood filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma. Actually, Andheri Magistrate Court has found him guilty in the check bounce case. The court has imposed a fine of lakhs of rupees on Ram Gopal Varma. The court has ordered Ram Gopal Varma to pay a compensation of Rs 3 lakh 72 thousand to the complainant within three months. If he fails to do so, he will have to go to jail for three months.

Ram Gopal Varma did not reach the court

According to media reports, on Tuesday (January 21), the seven-year-old check bounce case of Ram Gopal Varma was heard in Andheri Magistrate Court. But Rome Gopal Varma did not reach the court for the hearing of this case. In such a situation, the court has issued a non-bailable warrant against him. This punishment has been given to Ram Gopal Verma under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act.
