Now network coverage information will be available in mobile, TRAI orders all companies Gujarati
In general, even today there is a problem regarding network coverage in most areas of the country. Many times we do not know and we shift to a place where there is no network, but now there will be no such problem. Now you will get complete information about network coverage in the mobile app of your telecom company. For this, the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) has given orders to all the telecom companies.
• Coverage Map Instructions
TRAI has directed that 2G, 3G, 4G and 5G network coverage be shown under a prescribed color scheme. Each technology will be presented in a specific color. The minimum signal strength is set at the outer boundaries of the coverage area, which should be based on a load of 50% of the maximum capacity of the network. If the signal strength in any area is less than this limit, it will be considered as “No Coverage Area” for the respective technology.
• Status of coverage map on website
The coverage map will be made available on the homepage of the telecom provider’s website with one-click navigation. A dedicated coverage map option must be provided in the navigation bar, which takes the user to the relevant page.
