In the tehsils of the state where more than one sub-registrar office is operating, now registries can be done on Sunday also. The Stamp and Registration Department has implemented a new roster for this. Apart from this, in cases of land purchase under the development schemes of various departments, the concerned officers were often able to reach the office only after six in the evening.
