Now the battle will be in the stars! From drones to alien bases, China is building

When was ‘Star Wars’ made? George Lucas’ 1977 celluloid epic won everyone’s hearts. Later it gave birth to one movie after another. But that flash of cutting-edge technology is no longer limited to the realm of imagination. China can make it a reality in the near future. Beijing is now truly dreaming of conquering space beyond the skies. Starting from drones to building a base outside the world, China is dreaming of many ambitious dreams.

For now, the goal is to send people to the moon by 2030. For that purpose, a spacecraft was sent to the space station on May 24. He will stay there for a year. This step is actually a small step to send people to the moon. The deadline is less than four years away. There is still a lot of preparation to be done. As a result, the challenge is considerable. The goal is for Chinese astronauts, who are used to the relatively safe environment of the Tiangong space station located in low-Earth orbit, to safely and successfully pass the more risky step of landing on the moon’s surface.

A successful manned landing on the moon before 2030 would bolster China’s plan to establish a permanent base on the moon by 2035, along with Russia.

China has only sent robots to the moon so far. However, their successive successful ‘Shenzhou’ missions have proved the country’s space research capabilities. In June 2024, China became the first country in the world to collect samples from the ‘far surface’ of the Moon with the help of a robot. If a successful manned landing on the moon is possible before 2030, it will strengthen China’s plan to establish a permanent base on the moon by 2035, along with Russia.
Meanwhile, China has not yet launched any fully functional drone into space. But hypersonic drones have also been successfully tested. Right now, China’s state media is capable of deploying dozens of drones from orbit.

But Beijing is not satisfied with that. They want to deploy a giant triangular spacecraft to the edge of the atmosphere. It is called ‘Luanniao’. Which Bengali means ‘divine bird’. The vehicle is expected to be about 800 feet long and weigh 120,000 tons. It will be capable of deploying up to 88 autonomous stealth drones. However, according to experts, the propulsion and construction materials needed to build such a huge spaceship are yet to be discovered. So it is not possible to do so now. But work is in progress. If it is eventually possible to do this, it will be possible not only to observe or test space from there, but also to quickly launch missiles with the drones by ‘recharging’ them on Earth. Which will practically outline the ‘Future War’ or future war. For now, the Xi Jinping administration lives on that dream.
