NSG commandos will be removed from VIP security, CRPF will take command…Government order – ..

The central government has ordered that NSG commandos be removed from all VIP security duties. Because it will be used only for anti-terrorism operations. The responsibility of protecting high-risk VIPs will now be handed over to CRPF. This order will come into effect from next month.

CRPF will take command

Retired CRPF jawans from Parliament security have been given special training and deployed in the CRPF VIP Security Wing. A new battalion has been formed for this. Now these soldiers will protect VIP people. According to sources, currently there are 9 Z-Plus category VIPs, who are protected by NSG’s Black Cat commandos.

UP CM Yogi Adityanath, BSP supremo Mayawati, Union Defense Minister Rajnath Singh, former Deputy Prime Minister LK Advani, Union Shipping Minister Sarbananda Sonowal, former Chhattisgarh CM Raman Singh, former Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Ghulam Nabi Azad, NC leader Farooq Abdullah, Andhra State Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu. Now NSG commandos will be removed from them and CRPF security wing will be deployed in their place.

6 security battalions of CRPF will now be made 7th battalion.

CRPF already has six VIP security battalions. With the new battalion it will increase to seven. The new battalion was protecting the Parliament till a few months ago. Now this work has been handed over to CISF.

Rajnath and Yogi stepped up security contacts

Of the 9 VIPs with NSG security, two namely Rajnath Singh and Yogi Adityanath have Advanced Security Link (ASL) protocol. Which has now been taken over by CRPF. ASL means spot check, security check, location security check etc. before a VIP reaches a place. Now CRPF will do all this work for these two leaders. Earlier, CRPF was working as ASL for Home Minister Amit Shah, former PM Manmohan Singh and all three members of the Gandhi family.

Preparations for this case were going on since 2012

The security of VIPs is a matter of concern amid the continuous terrorist attacks in the country. In such a situation, both sides were needed. After much deliberation, it was decided to deploy the security wing of CRPF for VIP protection. Special training was given. NSG will now be deployed only in anti-terrorism operations.

A special strike team will be formed by NSG.

The government plans to create a special elite force of soldiers selected from NSG commands. Which will be called strike team. So that a team capable of providing security in high-risk areas or responding to terrorist attacks can be created. The team will also protect all the important buildings of the country including the Ram Temple in Ayodhya. NSG was deployed to protect VIPs two decades ago.

NSG is counted among the most dangerous armies in the world.
