NTET 2024 registration begins at exams.nta.ac.in; apply until October 14

New Delhi: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has started accepting online application forms for the National Teachers Entrance Test (NTET) 2024 examination. It has also released the NTET 2024 notification on the official portal at exams.nta.ac.in/NTET/. Interested candidates who meet the educational qualifications and other eligibility conditions can apply online for the NTET 2024 on the official website. The online application window will be available till October 14, 2024. The last date to pay the application fee is October 15, 2024.

The Agency has also provided an option for candidates to edit NTET 2024 application form. The National Teachers Entrance Test (NTET) edit window will be available from October 16 to 17, 2024. Aspirants must also pay the NTET application fee to complete the registration process. The NTET exam date, admit card and other details will be released in due course.

How to apply online for NTET exam 2024?

Step 1: Open the official website of NTET at exams.nta.ac.in/NTET/

Step 2: Find the online NTET application form link on the homepage

Step 3: Clicking on the link will open the NTET registration form

Step 4: Fill in the NTET application form with all details including academic and personal

Step 5: Pay the examination fee

Step 6: Scan and upload all the mandatory fields such as photograph and signature

Step 7: Submit the application form

Step 8: Download and take a printout of application form for future reference

NTET examination fee

  • General (UR): Rs 4000
  • General-EWS/ OBC-(NCL): Rs 3500
  • SC/ST/PwD: Rs 3000
  • Third Gender: Rs 3000

NTET 2024: Scheme of examination

  • The NTET exam will be held in online mode.
  • The duration of exam is two hours.
  • The question paper consists of 100 questions of 100 marks.
  • There’s no negative marking.
