Farah Khan recently visited Nushrratt Bharuccha’s home for her vlog and got an exclusive peek into the actress’s life.
During January 9 episode, the 40-year-old actress took the veteran filmmaker through her walk-in closet, showcasing her collection of bags and 200 plus shoes.
The 61-year-old choreographer saw the heels and said, the Dream Girl star dances while wearing them.
The actress replied, “I’m short heighted.” The director jokingly corrected her, “Don’t say that. You’re vertically challenged.”
The Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety star laughed, adding, “I rehearse in high heels. I need to be really comfortable. One minute. See these. Those are nothing. I think this one is at least 6.5 inches.”
The session moved to the kitchen, where she cooked her specialty, Mutton Uppu Kari.
In another part of the vlog, the National Film Award winner praised the glamourous actress’s acting in Akelli.
“You did a great job. You were the only girl throughout the film; it was so intense that it made my blood pressure rise,” she said, highlighting the power of a solo performance.
Meanwhile, the film Akelli marked a career milestone, with her carrying the story almost entirely alone.
The portrayal of a woman trapped in a hostile environment earned critical acclaim for realism and emotional depth.
Notably, Nushrratt recently appeared in the OTT film Chhorii 2. She will next collaborate with filmmaker Neeraj Pandey and has teased an untitled suspense thriller by Akshat Ajay Sharma.
