  • Calories- 1200 to 1400 Kcal
  • Fat- 25 to 30 percent
  • Fat-free milk – 2 cups
  • Meat or beans – 85 to 115 grams
  • Fruit – 1.5 cups
  • Vegetables- 1 cup to 1.5 cups
  • Grains – 115 to 140 grams
