In Prime Video’s Off Campus season one, based on The Deal by Elle Kennedy, music becomes the unexpected spark that brings Hannah Wells (Ella Bright) and Garrett Graham (Belmont Cameli) closer together.
The music references in Elle’s novels reveal everything from Hannah’s love of One Direction to Garrett’s appreciation for classic legends.
Allie Hayes, played by Mika Abdalla, makes a bold Taylor Swift and Lady Gaga comparison while supporting her roommate’s scholarship dreams.

Continuing, “Hannah is described in the books as having very eclectic musical taste. I was really curious to see how her musical taste can overlap with Garrett’s, but also finding the pulse of these characters through music, whether it’s their actual taste or the music that we’re playing to score their lives, is a very big part of the show.”
