Material

  • 1 cup sago
  • 4 boiled potatoes
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
  • 1 inch piece of ginger
  • 4- 5 finely chopped green chillies
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • Half cup finely chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 teaspoon chaat masala
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes
  • salt as per taste

method of making

  • To make sago rolls, first soak 2 cups of sago in water and keep it for 5-6 hours.
  • After 6 hours, filter the water, keep it in a plate and mash it.
  • Now add peanut powder, grated cheese, ginger-green chilli paste and mix it with sago.
  • Then add chilli flakes, chaat masala, salt and black pepper powder and mix well.
  • After this, add finely chopped green coriander leaves and lemon juice and mix well.
  • Then apply oil on your hands and prepare the rolls in shape. By doing this, prepare rolls from the entire mixture.
  • Now heat oil in a pan on gas. Then put rolls in it and shallow fry them.
  • When the rolls become golden and crispy, take them out in a plate.
  • Sabudana rolls are ready. Serve hot sabudana rolls with green chutney.
Beetroot Poha Cutlet

Material

  • 2 cups poha
  • 1 cup grated beetroot
  • ½ cup grated carrots
  • 1 finely chopped onion
  • 8- 10 slices cheese
  • Half cup finely chopped capsicum
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes
  • half teaspoon black pepper powder
  • 2 spoon chaat masala
  • salt as per taste

method of making

  • To make Beetroot Poha Cutlets, first wash 2 cups of Poha in water.
  • Then filter its water in a filter and take it out in a bowl.
  • Now add grated beetroot, carrot, finely chopped capsicum and mix it with poha.
  • After this, add finely chopped onion, chili flakes, black pepper powder, salt, chaat masala and oregano and mix.
  • Now take this mixture in your hands and make round cutlets. Then stuff the cheese slices in the middle of the cutlet.
  • By doing this, prepare all the cutlets from the mixture and keep them in a plate.
  • Then heat oil in a pan. Then put the prepared cutlets in it and fry them.
  • When the cutlets become golden and crispy, take them out in a plate.
  • Beetroot Poha Cutlet is ready. Serve hot beetroot poha cutlets with chutney.
