Ola opened more than 50 service centers amid increasing protests against the company
Bengaluru : Ola Electric, one of India's largest electric companies, is facing a lot of difficulties these days. Opposition towards this company is increasing among customers. To overcome this and to bring changes in its service and improve the customer experience, Ola Electric has decided to increase the number of its service centers across the country. The company has increased the capacity of the service center by 30 percent.
The SoftBank Group-backed company has about one-third share in India's e-scooter market. Ola company has added more than 50 service centers and appointed more than 500 service centers across new and existing service centers to streamline operations and clear all pending tasks.
Demand increased more than workforce
Ola Electric has also roped in professional services firm Ernst & Young for service transformation, strategy and optimization of overall service processes. This development has come to light at a time when some centers have reported pending work as the demand has exceeded their workforce.

Add more than 50 service centers
A senior officer of the company, on the condition of anonymity, has said that the company has added more than 50 service centers to its service network and has included more service centers in new and existing centers across the country.

Another senior officer of the organization has said that the company is putting all its efforts to quietly settle the pending cases of its services. About two-thirds of the pending cases have been resolved so far and the remaining cases will also be resolved in the coming few weeks.

Ola came into limelight earlier this month following a public spat between its founder Bhavish Aggarwal and standup comedian Kunal Kamra over the quality of service. Due to this, the war of words between the two intensified on social media. After this, a decline in the shares of Ola company was also seen.
