The report was based on interviews with 440 workers from 11 platforms in five cities. It evaluated 11 platforms based on five principles: fair pay, fair conditions, fair contracts, fair management and fair representation. These platforms were Amazon Flex, BigBasket, BlueSmart, Flipkart, Ola, Porter, Swiggy, Uber, Urban Company , Zepto and Zomato.
