After Nishad, Rajbhar made fun of Unnao rape victim, will Yogi take action after seeing VIDEO?
Om Prakash Rajbhar VIDEO: Delhi High Court has granted conditional bail to former BJP MLA Kuldeep Singh Sengar, who was convicted in the 2017 Unnao rape case and sentenced to life imprisonment. In protest against this, the rape victim and her mother protested at India Gate. When OP Rajbhar, a minister in the Yogi government of Uttar Pradesh, was asked about this, he did such an act which went viral. Many questions have also arisen.
In fact, the Unnao rape victim and her family protested at India Gate against the ban on bail and sentence of convicted former BJP MLA Kuldeep Singh Sengar. However, this protest did not last long. Delhi Police removed the victim and her mother from the protest site.
What is the need for protests in Delhi?
When asked about this, UP government minister OP Rajbhar said that when the court has ordered Sengar not to go within a radius of five kilometers from the victim’s house, then where does the question of anyone being unsafe arise? What is the victim’s family doing in Delhi? What is the need for protests in Delhi?
‘His house is in Unnao, right?…Hee…Hee’
Meanwhile, when a journalist again asked him whether the police had removed the victim and her family from India Gate, Rajbhar replied that his house was in Unnao. Saying this, Rajbhar started laughing. The video of his action is becoming increasingly viral on social media.
Journalists asked why the police took away the rape victim and her companions from India Gate.
On this, BJP ally leader OP Rajbhar said – His home is in Unnao.
After this, Rajbhar laughed with a crooked smile – he is full of shamelessness and even the journalists started laughing like Kumbhakarna. pic.twitter.com/P4icaRdN54

Will CM Yogi take action after watching the video?
After this video surfaced, question marks have started being raised on the sensitivity of OP Rajbhar, who was a minister in the Yogi government of Uttar Pradesh. In such a situation, the question is whether Yogi Adityanath or BJP will take action against him after watching this video of his?
Minister Sanjay Nishad had also made a scandal
Earlier, Sanjay Nishad, a minister in the Yogi government and president of NDA’s ally Nishad Party, had made similar insensitive remarks when CM Nitish Kumar pulled the hijab of a female doctor during the appointment distribution program in Bihar. He had said that if he had touched the mask, that was it, and what would have happened if he had touched it somewhere else?
Delhi HC grants conditional bail to Sengar
It is noteworthy that Delhi High Court has granted conditional bail to Kuldeep Singh in the rape case. The court has fixed a surety bond of Rs 15 lakh and a surety of the same amount. The court has clearly said that Sengar will not come within five kilometers of the victim and will remain in Delhi during the bail period. He will have to report to the police every Monday.
The court has clearly said that Kuldeep Sengar will not threaten the Unnao rape victim or her family in any way, direct or indirect. He will have to submit his passport to the trial court and if he violates any of the conditions his bail can be canceled immediately.
Sengar will remain in jail even after bail
On the other hand, despite getting bail in this case, Sengar’s immediate release does not seem possible as he has also been convicted in the murder of the victim’s father and is serving a ten-year sentence in that case. Therefore, he will remain in jail for now.
