On completion of 9 years of new construction, a two-day fair started grandly in Tulsi Sadan.
Pratapgarh. To commemorate the completion of the State Government’s resolution of ‘9 years of Navnirman’, a grand two-day program was organized at Tulsi Sadan (Hadihal) Auditorium. The program was inaugurated by lighting the lamp and garlanding the picture of Mother Saraswati by MLA Sadar Rajendra Kumar Maurya, MLA Vishwanathganj Jeet Lal Patel, District Magistrate Shiv Sahay Awasthi and other public representatives.
In the two-day fair at the venue, public representatives, officials and general public visited the exhibition of public welfare schemes organized by various departments. During the exhibition visit, public representatives and officials organized baby showers for pregnant women and provided food to children and also distributed tricycles to disabled beneficiaries.
In the program, cultural programs were presented by girl students of various schools and artists of Shilpi Kathputli Kala Kendra, magician Ravindra Kumar and Party and Surendra Pratap Yadav Folklore Group registered with the Information and Public Relations Department of Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow. On this occasion, MLA Sadar Rajendra Kumar Maurya said that in the last 9 years, the state has achieved remarkable achievements in the field of security, good governance and development.
He said that the positive impact of government policies is reaching the general public. Vishwanathganj Jitlal Patel said that under the leadership of the Chief Minister, the state is continuously moving forward in the direction of security, good governance and prosperity. He said that the present government is working without any discrimination. There has been extensive improvement in roads, electricity and other basic facilities. Said that the direct benefits of government schemes are reaching the poor class. Today, basic facilities like electricity, toilet and housing are being provided to the needy people, which has improved their standard of living.
District Magistrate Shiv Sahay Awasthi highlighted the achievements of the state government on the occasion of completion of 9 years of Navnirman. He said that under the strong law and order system in the state, the policy of zero tolerance against crime and criminals is effectively implemented, due to which crime has been controlled. The District Magistrate said that the state government has done many notable works in the field of infrastructure development, availability of resources and increasing manpower. DM said that the benefits of the schemes of the Central and State Government are being sent directly to the bank accounts of the beneficiaries, due to which transparency has increased and people are getting direct benefits.
In the program, laptops were distributed to eligible children under Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Bal Seva Yojana (COVID-19). Village heads who did excellent work under the Tuberculosis Eradication Campaign were honored with Mahatma Gandhi’s statue and citation. Certificates were also distributed to the beneficiaries of Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana and PM Kusum Yojana. Under the National Rural Livelihood Mission, demo checks worth Rs 26 crore 55 lakh 30 thousand were provided to the women of self-help groups.
Certificates and house keys were handed over to the beneficiaries of Mukhyamantri Awas Yojana. Ayushman cards were distributed to eligible people in the program. Also, certificates were awarded to R-SETI trainees and successful schools. Apart from this, exhibitions were organized by other departments including Child Development and Nutrition, Basic Education Department, Information Department, Secondary Education Department, Social Welfare Department, Agriculture Department, Disabled Empowerment Department, Baroda Self-Employment Development Institute, Fertilizer and Logistics Department, Industries and Khadi Village Industries Department, Dairy Development Department, Panchayati Raj Department, Women Welfare Department, Animal Husbandry Department, AYUSH Department, Health Department, Horticulture Department, National Rural Livelihood Mission, District Urban Development Agency (DUDA). On this occasion, Rajya Sabha MP Amar Pal Maurya’s representative Rai Saheb Singh, BJP’s Ramji Mishra, BJP media in-charge Raghavendra Shukla and district level officials, beneficiaries and general public were present. The program was conducted by Dr. Mohd. Anees and Dharmendra Ojha.
