The women of Krishnanagar (Kehurgang) village next to Dulabhchhada in Sribhoomi district got together to organize a picnic party that they had been looking forward to for a few days.

Today, on January 15 (Wednesday), it has been two years since the picnic party was organized by the women. The women of the village gathered and organized a picnic party in the open field in front of Sulekha Sinha's house.

The women organized this picnic party by collecting a subscription of Rs 300. The purpose of this picnic is to bring all the women together and have fun and also organize competitive games like Kabaddi games and ten twenty five games. In the end, consolation prize sheets and cups were given to women in various sports competitions.

The women said that this picnic is being organized every two years on the occasion of Paush Sankranti and we women will together try that in the future many women from different villages will enjoy this picnic together.
