OnePlus 15T Launched At Rs 58,000 With Dual 50MP Camera, 7500 mAh Battery

OnePlus unveiled the OnePlus 15T in China as a new flagship device, offering multiple storage variants and three distinct color options.

In terms of pricing, the base model with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage is set at CNY 4,299, while other configurations range up to CNY 5,699 for the 16GB RAM and 1TB storage version.

Additionally, the phone became available for purchase starting March 25 through Oppo’s official online store in China.

Moving to design choices, the device comes in finishes translated as Healing White Chocolate, Pure Cocoa, and Relaxing Matcha.

As for software, the handset operates on ColorOS 16, which is based on Android 16, and supports dual SIM functionality.

The display measures 6.32 inches and features a Full-HD+ AMOLED panel with a dynamic refresh rate ranging from 60Hz to 165Hz, although the highest refresh rate is limited to select gaming scenarios.

Furthermore, the screen delivers up to 1,800 nits of brightness, a pixel density of 460 ppi, and includes TÜV Rheinland certifications for eye protection and reduced blue light exposure.

The device is also built for durability, carrying IP66, IP68, IP69, and IP69K ratings for resistance against dust and water.

Performance-wise, it is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, paired with additional components like the Lingxi touch chip and a G2 Wi-Fi chip under what the company calls an “E-Sports Triple-Core.”

To enhance gaming, the phone includes a “Wind Chaser Gaming” kernel and reportedly achieves over 44,50,000 points on AnTuTu benchmarks.

In addition, it offers up to 16GB LPDDR5x Ultra Pro RAM and up to 1TB UFS 4.1 storage for faster performance and data handling.

On the camera front, the device features a dual rear setup with a 50MP primary sensor and a 50MP periscope telephoto lens supporting 3.5x optical and 7x lossless zoom.

Meanwhile, a 16MP front camera handles selfies and video calls, and the phone supports video recording up to 8K at 30 fps.

Powering the device is a large 7,500mAh battery, which is claimed to deliver up to 22.8 hours of online video playback.

It also supports 100W wired and 50W wireless fast charging for quick power replenishment.

In terms of connectivity, the phone includes support for 5G, 4G LTE, NFC, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth, USB Type-C, and multiple global navigation systems.

Finally, it incorporates several sensors, including an in-display ultrasonic fingerprint scanner, and has a compact form factor measuring 150.56×71.82×8.48mm with a weight of approximately 194 grams.
