OnePlus 15T: New flagship smartphone launched

OnePlus recently launched its new flagship smartphone in China, OnePlus 15Thas been launched. This smartphone has joined the company’s flagship series and is OnePlus 13T It is believed to be the successor to OnePlus 13s, which was introduced globally as OnePlus 13s. Although the company has not yet given official information about its launch in India, it is likely that this smartphone will soon be available in the Indian market as well. OnePlus has launched the OnePlus 15T in China in five different variants, priced as follows:

• 12GB + 512GB: CNY 4,899 (approx. ₹67,000)
• 16GB + 256GB: CNY 4,599 (approx. ₹63,000)
• 16GB + 512GB: CNY 5,199 (approx. ₹71,000)
• 16GB + 1TB: CNY 5,699 (approx. ₹78,000)

This smartphone is available in Healing White Chocolate, Pure Cocoa and Relaxing Matcha colors.

Specifications of OnePlus 15T

Display: OnePlus 15T features a 6.32-inch full-HD+ AMOLED display, which supports up to 165Hz refresh rate, 1,800 nits brightness, and 460ppi pixel density. This screen has received TÜV Rhineland Eye Protection 5.0 and Low Blue Light certification. The phone has IP66, IP68, IP69, and IP69K ratings, making it dust and water resistant.

Camera: For photography, the back panel of OnePlus 15T has a dual rear setup, which houses a 50MP primary camera with Sony Ultra Vision sensor and a 50MP periscope telephoto lens with support for 3.5x optical and 7x lossless digital zoom. Apart from this, it includes a 16MP front camera for selfies and video calling, which supports 8K video recording.

Processor: OnePlus 15T has Qualcomm’s latest and powerful chipset Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5. It features up to 16GB of LPDDR5x Ultra Pro RAM and up to 1TB of UFS 4.1 storage. The phone also includes a “Lingxi” touch response chip and a G2 Wi-Fi chip. Its “E-Sports Triple-Core” system and special gaming kernel ensure a smooth high-end gaming experience. This device works on ColorOS 16 based on Android 16.

Battery: In terms of battery, the OnePlus 15T is extremely powerful. It has a 7,500mAh Glacier battery, which supports 100W SuperVOOC wired and 50W wireless fast charging. The company claims that it can provide about 22.8 hours of video playback on a single charge.
