Even though there is no information regarding the launch of the new OnePlus Watch, rumors have revealed that the watch will have a rotating crown, reports SmartPrix. A rotating crown is also given in the render of OnePlus Watch 3. The source has also claimed that the OnePlus Watch 3 will have two color options. Along with heart rate sensor, ECG will also be available in the device. Talking about ECG function, it will be limited to select markets only.
Other specifications of the OnePlus Watch 3 are rumored to include Snapdragon W5 Gen 1 SoC, 2GB RAM, and 32GB storage. The device is expected to run on Watch OS 5 and RTOS. The battery of OnePlus Watch 3 is expected to be 500+ mAh battery. It is also expected to have LTE connectivity.
OnePlus Watch 3 received TENAA certification in June with a 500 mAh battery. The model code of the watch is OPWW234 and it had support for LTE connectivity. Well, the design looked different from the render. On the other hand, OnePlus Watch 3 was spotted in FCC certification with model designation OPWWE251. It has a 648mAh battery.
