New Delhi. IRCTC down: Big news for those booking train tickets. IRCTC's website and mobile app were down on Thursday (December 26). Therefore booking railway tickets is not possible. Passengers are facing problems due to this problem. As per the information given on the Railway Ticketing Platform, e-ticketing service will not be available at present due to maintenance activities.
