Ingredients Required
- 2 cups fresh orange juice
- 2-3 teaspoon sugar (as per taste)
- 1 teaspoon gelatin (or agar-agar powder)
- 1/2 cup water

How to Make Orange Jelly
- Take 1/2 cup water in a bowl and add gelatin to it and let it swell for 5 minutes.
- Add orange juice and sugar in a pan and heat gently (do not boil).
- Now add the swollen gelatin and mix well so that it dissolves completely.
- Pour the prepared mixture into a mold or bowl. If you want, you can also add orange pieces to it.
- Keep it in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours until the jelly sets well.
- Take out the cooled jelly in a plate and serve.
