Both of them lived in the same building. The Pakistani national had claimed the space where the Indian national was parking his car. What started as a squabble turned into an argument.

But the Indian citizen alleges that he was forced to do so. The court has thoughtfully expelled the Pakistani citizen from the country. The court sentenced the accused to three months' imprisonment for attacking a man and attempting to leave him permanently disabled, after which he has been asked to leave the country. The charges leveled by him against the Indian national are less serious and the case has been transferred to another for further action against him.
