Dispute between two citizens of India and Pakistan regarding parking

Dubai. Pakistanis citizen ordered to leave Dubai: India-Pakistan dispute is very big and there is no possibility of it being resolved in future. Even after going abroad, disputes keep happening between the citizens of these two countries. An argument broke out between two citizens of India and Pakistan regarding parking in Tecom area of Dubai. The dispute escalated so much that the police had to intervene and take action. Although this dispute is of February 2023, but due to the order given by the court, it has now come into limelight.

While giving its verdict on this dispute, the court has ordered the Pakistani citizen to leave Dubai. The age of a Pakistani person is 70 years, while the age of an Indian citizen is 34 years. Both of them lived in the same building. The Pakistani national had claimed the space where the Indian national was parking his car. What started as a squabble turned into an argument.

In anger, the Pakistani pushed the Indian (Pakistani citizen ordered to leave Dubai), due to which he fell on the ground. The Indian called the police who registered a case. The matter went to court and the Pakistani citizen will now have to leave the country himself. The police took both of them into custody. However the Indian civilian was injured and was released as all the evidence was in his favour. During the court hearing, the Pakistani citizen had also confessed to punching the Indian citizen.

But the Indian citizen alleges that he was forced to do so. The court has thoughtfully expelled the Pakistani citizen from the country. The court sentenced the accused to three months' imprisonment for attacking a man and attempting to leave him permanently disabled, after which he has been asked to leave the country. The charges leveled by him against the Indian national are less serious and the case has been transferred to another for further action against him.
