Pace Digitek shares jump over 2% after bagging Rs 89 crore order for IP-based video surveillance in LHB coaches
Shares of Pace Digitek Limited surged over 2% after the company announced that it has received an Advance Letter of Award worth ₹890.69 million (including GST) from RailTel Corporation of India Limited (RCIL). The order is for the supply, installation and commissioning of IP-based video surveillance systems in LHB coaches, strengthening the company’s presence in railway technology infrastructure.
As per the company’s filing, the contract involves deploying IP-based video surveillance systems in LHB coaches for a customer of RailTel on a back-to-back basis. The scope includes supply, installation and commissioning of the surveillance systems, along with a three-year warranty followed by five years of Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract (CAMC).
The total contract value stands at ₹890.69 million, inclusive of GST. The company is required to execute the order within eight months from the date of the Letter of Award.
RailTel Corporation of India Limited is a domestic entity, and the order has been awarded by a domestic organisation. Pace Digitek clarified that neither the promoter nor the promoter group has any interest in the awarding entity. The company also confirmed that the contract does not fall under related party transactions.
