Even in developed countries of the world, elections are not held using EVMs, then why in India? Thakur Premnandvanshi of Rashtriya Backward Class Morcha said that under the 'Remove EVM, Bring Ballot Paper and Save Democracy campaign, Bharat Mukti Morcha is running a phased movement against EVMs to save India's democracy at the district headquarters of the country. . The movement will continue until the demands are met. Said that public confidence in EVM machines is waning.

Due to lack of transparency and lack of provision to verify voters' votes in the machine, the fundamental rights of the citizens are being violated and democracy is also being threatened.
