Pahalgam terrorist attack: NIA charge sheet contains 1,597 pages of ‘important evidence’ against Pakistan, many secrets will be revealed

Pahalgam Terror Attack Charge Sheet: The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has filed a detailed charge sheet eight months after the Pahalgam terror attack. This document contains the names of terrorists, handlers and masterminds, but the most important is the direct evidence related to Pakistan, which has been listed by the agency. This chargesheet will serve as an important document for India to expose Pakistan in the international community.

NIA officials have confirmed that this detailed charge sheet of 1,597 pages contains important evidence which points to Pakistan’s involvement in the attack. Pakistan has repeatedly denied its role and termed the allegations as baseless. Intelligence Bureau officials said that Pakistan had initially tried to distance itself from the attack by saying that it was carried out by the local people of Jammu and Kashmir. Pakistan’s aim was to incite anger among the people against Kashmiris and to divide Jammu and Kashmir from the rest of India.

The main objective was to harm the tourism industry

The investigation revealed that when Pakistan had planned this terrorist attack, its intention was clear. An official said that not only did the government there want to divert attention from domestic problems, but it also wanted to harm the thriving tourism industry in Jammu and Kashmir. Although the government managed to derail this industry for some time, today it is back on track.

Identity and electronic evidence of Pakistani citizens also present

Many facts have been listed as important evidence in the charge sheet. Two Android mobile phones were recovered from the site of Operation Mahadev, which proved that they were purchased in Pakistan. Forensic analysis also linked the terrorists to Pakistan. Apart from this, after the encounter the agencies recovered M4 assault rifles, which are extensively used by Pakistani terrorists. The investigation also revealed that the terrorists involved in the attack were Faisal Watt, Habib Tahir and Hamza Afghani, and all of them were Pakistani nationals.

Mastermind Sajjad Jatt’s connection

NIA has also established the link of Sajjad Jatt, the mastermind of this attack. Jatt, the Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) proxy organization ‘The Resistance Front’ Oversees the operations of (TRF). Jatt is a person known to Indian agencies since his stay in Jammu and Kashmir in 2000.
