Shabbir Ahmed, Bhopal. International connection has come to light in the digital arrest case of a doctor in the capital Bhopal. Police said that the thug had called from Pakistan on the mobile phone of the doctor couple. The fraudsters had also transferred money worth more than Rs 10 lakh to their account. After which Rs 10 lakh 50 thousand were withdrawn through cheque.

Let us tell you that Dr. Ragni Mishra, living in Avadhpuri, was threatened by the thugs by posing as a CBI officer and his name would come out in the money laundering case. After which he was digital arrested for 3 days. During this period, an amount of more than Rs 10 lakh was transferred to his account. When the husband got wind of this, he immediately informed the police. After which officers reached the spot and rescued him during digital arrest.
