Pak: Now women are being recruited in terrorist organizations…training in honey trap is also being given.

New Delhi. The latest assessment by the Central Intelligence agencies of India has revealed a major change in the strategy of terrorist organizations based in Pakistan. According to intelligence inputs, terrorist organizations are now running covert training programs for systematic recruitment of women. These training modules aim to prepare women for different roles in terrorist networks.

These training programs last for 2 to 4 weeks and are conducted in the name of vocational training and teaching life skills. However, the real objective is to prepare women for terrorist organizations. According to the agencies, batches are made for these programmes. Some selected madrassas are also made a part of this campaign.

The process of recruitment and training is being taken forward through the female relatives coming to these places. The training program is advertised as being for women with strong faith and a desire to live purposeful lives. Through this, women are attracted by citing religious commitment and personal development as the main objectives.

Drone operation training

Women are being prepared for various roles in the training. These include activities like back-end logistics and operational support, technical assistance, drone operations, intelligence gathering, honey-trap engagement and compromise. This system is being prepared with the aim of providing strong back-end support to the terrorists at the ground level.

Intelligence agencies have identified more than half a dozen places including Bahawalpur, Faisalabad, where women are being trained. These areas have been considered training and logistics centers of various terrorist organizations for the last two decades.

Change in strategy after Operation Sindoor

Intelligence officials say that after Operation Sindoor, a big change has been seen in the recruitment strategy of terrorists. Women are being identified on the basis of their potential and role and they are being trained for specific tasks.
