PAK vs WI: Pakistani spinner achieved big achievement in test, joined the list of many greats

Delhi: Pakistan team, under the captaincy of Shan Masood, achieved a spectacular victory by 127 runs in the first match of the two-match Test series played against West Indies at Multan Cricket Stadium. Pakistani spin bowlers dominated this match, who took all 20 wickets. The name of Sajid Khan is also included in these spinners, who completed his 50 wickets in Test cricket by taking 5 wickets in the second innings of West Indies, and also made an important record in his name.

The right-arm off-spinner has performed brilliantly with his bowling on the pitches of Pakistan. He crossed the 50 wicket mark in just 11 Test matches, making him jointly the third fastest bowler for Pakistan to take 50 wickets. The first place in this list is former Pakistani leg spinner Yasir Shah, who achieved this figure in only 9 test matches. Apart from Sajid, Khan Mohammad, Abdur Rehman and Saeed Ajmal also completed 50 wickets in 11 test matches.

Sajid Khan performed brilliantly in the Multan Test against West Indies. In the second innings, he took 5 wickets for 50 runs in 15 overs, while his performance in the first innings was also praiseworthy, when he took 4 wickets for 65 runs in 12 overs. Thus, he took a total of 9 wickets in this match.

The second Test of the series between Pakistan and West Indies will be played in Multan from January 25, where once again the dominance of Pakistani spin bowlers can be seen.
