India Sub-Junior Team Defeated Pakistan: Indian team once again defeated Pakistan in hockey. There was a clash between India and Pakistan in the final of FIH Youth Hockey5s Asian Championship. Whenever there is a match between the two countries, the enthusiasm of the fans doubles. For some time now, Team India’s dominance against Pakistan has been seen in senior hockey. Now India’s sub-junior team has won the gold medal by defeating Pakistan.
Indian hockey team defeated Pakistan
The final of FIH Youth Hockey5s Asian Championship took place between India and Pakistan. The Indian team dominated in the beginning of this match. Romit Pal scored a brilliant goal in the first half to give Team India a 1-0 lead at half time. In the second half also, India continued the momentum and captain Ketan Kushwaha scored the second goal, while Shahrukh Ali scored the third goal. With this the Indian team went ahead 3-0. Pakistan’s Muhammad Usman tried to make a comeback by scoring a goal but the score remained 3-1 till full time. The Indian team registered victory and captured the gold medal.

Made place in Youth Hockey5s World Cup
With the win, the Indian sub-junior team confirmed its place in the FIH Youth Hockey5s World Cup. Even though Pakistan had to face defeat in the final, due to being in the top 2, it has also qualified directly.
Indian women’s team lost
The Indian men’s sub-junior team won the gold medal, while the women’s team had to be content with the silver medal in the Youth Hockey5s Asian Championship. They faced China in the final. The Indian team tried its best but China won. Team India got the silver medal due to finishing second.
