He said that most of those killed and injured were patients who were undergoing treatment at that place.

Pakistan Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif’s spokesman, Musharraf Zaidi, dismissed the allegations as baseless and said no hospital in Kabul was targeted. In a post on The ministry said that these places were being used against innocent Pakistani citizens.

The ministry said that Pakistan’s attack was “absolutely precise and was carried out with great care so that no collateral damage was caused.” It described Mujahid’s claim as “false and misleading”, aimed at inciting public sentiments and covering up what the ministry described as “illegal support for cross-border terrorism”.
