Payment crisis: There is a huge shortage of dollars to make payments to foreign suppliers. New inflation issue Record: If the crisis is not averted, the prices of petrol and diesel in Pakistan may cross ₹ 300 to ₹ 350 per liter. The general public and industries will be adversely affected. The Prime Minister’s Office and the Finance Ministry are constantly requesting help from the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and friendly countries (China, Saudi Arabia).
