As a response, Pakistan has decided to produce the movie “Mera Lyari”.

Upset by the release of the movie “Dhurandhar”, Pakistan has claimed that the portrayal of Lyari is false. There is no violence. Meanwhile, Pakistan’s Sindh Minister Sharjeel Inam Memon announced the movie “Mera Lyari” on his social media account. The Pakistani minister said that the Indian movie “Dhurandhar” is an example of negative propaganda against Pakistan, especially Lyari. Lyari is not a place of violence, but a place where culture, peace, talent and progress through conflict are examples. Hence, A movie titled “Mera Lyari” will be released next month which will show the true identity of Lyari.

As a result, the movie “Dhurandhar” has been banned in six other countries including Pakistan. Pakistan had earlier claimed that the film used images of former Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto and the PPP flag without her permission.
