The film shows how the government and intelligence agencies promote terrorism. Pakistan claims that the film, based on the Pakistani city of Lyari, is based on a false story. As a response, Pakistan has decided to produce the movie “Mera Lyari”.
Upset by the release of the movie “Dhurandhar”, Pakistan has claimed that the portrayal of Lyari is false. There is no violence. Meanwhile, Pakistan’s Sindh Minister Sharjeel Inam Memon announced the movie “Mera Lyari” on his social media account. The Pakistani minister said that the Indian movie “Dhurandhar” is an example of negative propaganda against Pakistan, especially Lyari. Lyari is not a place of violence, but a place where culture, peace, talent and progress through conflict are examples. Hence, A movie titled “Mera Lyari” will be released next month which will show the true identity of Lyari.

A Pakistani man is outraged after his terrorist activities are exposed and is now talking about making a film. The portrayal of terrorists has not only angered Pakistan but also the Gulf countries. As a result, the movie “Dhurandhar” has been banned in six other countries including Pakistan. Pakistan had earlier claimed that the film used images of former Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto and the PPP flag without her permission. Ranveer Singh’s film “Dhurandhar” has earned Rs 364 crore in India in the last 10 days.
