Pakistan registered a unique record of spin overs against India in Colombo

Indian and Pakistan Cricket Match: Recently an exciting match took place between India and Pakistan, in which many records were made. In this match played at the R Premadasa Stadium in Colombo, Pakistan achieved an unknown feat when they bowled spin for 18 overs, which is a new record for the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup. At the same time, the Indian team also scored the highest score of T20 World Cup against Pakistan in this match. Pakistan adopted a special strategy by bowling first on a slow spinning pitch. It is noteworthy that Pakistan had earlier made a similar record against Australia in 2012.

This score is India’s highest total against Pakistan in the T20 World Cup since 2007, much better than the 160 runs achieved in Melbourne in 2022. Interestingly, after 14 years, India and Pakistan have once again come face to face in Colombo.
