Reliable sources of the team management said that Babar Azam and fast bowler Shaheen Shah Afridi may be kept out of the next match. This decision is being taken keeping in mind the chances of the team reaching the Super-8, because Pakistan is now in no position to make any mistakes.

The source told PTI that Pakistan Cricket Board Chairman Mohsin Naqvi is extremely disappointed with the team’s performance.
