Pakistani actress Hania Aamir recently addressed the controversy surrounding her unexpected departure from a fan meet event in Dallas, which left her fans disappointed and sparked widespread speculation on social media. The incident led to criticisms from several followers who were upset over her sudden exit from the event. In response, Hania took to Instagram to clarify the situation and express her gratitude towards her supporters.
In a post shared on her Instagram Story, Hania explained the circumstances that led to the abrupt end of the fan meet. She wrote, “I love you all so much, but unfortunately, it had to end so abruptly.” The actress revealed that after taking pictures with fans alongside her Sometimes I Sometimes You co-star Fahadh Mustafa, she overheard a man verbally abusing her manager. Disturbed by the situation, Hania confronted the organizer, stating, “You can’t talk to him like that.”
However, the situation escalated when the organizer started insulting Hania and her team, and further violated safety protocols. According to Hania, the promoter, Arif Khan, stepped in to ensure the safety of the team and escorted them out of the venue. He ensured that they returned to their hotel without further incident. In her post, Hania emphasised, “First of all, no matter what your status is, big or small, it doesn’t give you any right to disrespect anyone.”
The actress concluded her message by apologising to her fans for any inconvenience caused by the situation. “I’m sorry for how things turned out, but your love means the world to me,” she wrote.
The incident has garnered significant attention on social media, with fans expressing disappointment over the unexpected end to the event. Fahadh Mustafa, Hania’s co-star in Sometimes I Sometimes Youhas not yet publicly commented on the issue, and fans are eagerly awaiting his response.
