Delhi: The excitement regarding the presidential elections to be held in America has intensified, but before that the Pakistani-American Public Affairs Committee has announced its support to former President Donald Trump in the presidential elections to be held in America. Regarding which the committee has said that we do not agree with Trump on every issue, but we believe that he can improve America-Pakistan relations.

Along with this, the committee has expressed hope that Donald Trump will cooperate in the release of political prisoners in Pakistan including Imran Khan and will help in dealing with the ongoing political crisis in Pakistan. It is believed that this committee is supporting Trump to improve US-Pakistan relations and resolve the ongoing democratic crisis in Pakistan.

It is being told that this step also brings to the fore the resentment among some sections of the Muslim and Pakistani American community over the foreign policy of the Biden-Harris administration towards Pakistan. The committee praised the decisions taken by former President Trump towards Pakistan during his previous tenure, which also included his meeting with the then PM Imran Khan and contacts with Pakistan ministers.
