Let us tell you that forced disappearance has become a common thing in Balochistan, in which many human rights organizations accuse Pakistan's army and intelligence agencies of collusion. These allegations are generally denied or ignored by Pakistani authorities, further raising concerns about state involvement in such practices. Despite growing criticism, the situation is unfolding with little accountability.

Line of concern in serious human rights issue

The recent kidnapping of Fahadh highlights a growing pattern of such incidents, where victims' families often face threats or indifference from the authorities.

Despite repeated allegations by rights groups, Pakistan's military and intelligence agencies have denied any wrongdoing, maintaining a climate of fear and impunity. As international pressure grows, many are questioning the government's commitment to addressing these serious violations due to a lack of accountability and transparency. The situation remains serious and unresolved.

Demand for independent investigation

Recently, the Department of Human Rights, PANK highlighted that two Baloch people, Jawad Baloch and Zubair Ahmed, were abducted by the security forces of Pakistan. Pank demanded the immediate and unconditional release of Zubair Ahmed, Jawad Baloch and all others who have been forcibly disappeared. The organization calls for independent investigations into these cases so that the perpetrators can be identified and held accountable.

Pakistani authorities are urged to uphold the rule of law by protecting the fundamental rights of all citizens and ending the practice of enforced disappearances.
