However, Neela Film Productions confirmed in an official statement that they had indeed sent a legal notice to Palak. Amidst this uproar, Palak told that she has already left the show and according to media reports, Palak also said that the makers are making it difficult for her to exit.

Palak Sidhwani accused the makers of TMKOC

Palak Sidhwani has made some serious allegations against the makers of “Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah”. According to media reports, Palak said, “I informed the production house on August 8 about my decision to leave the show. He requested me to take some time and said that I will get an official email on which I can send my resignation. But this never happened. They delayed approving my resignation, and a few weeks later I was shocked when I read in the media that I had breached the contract.” This situation has created even more problems for them.

Palak Sidhwani said this while taking forward her allegations

Taking her allegations forward, Palak Sidhwani said that she had signed the contract of the show five years ago, but the production house had refused to give her a copy of it. He received a copy on September 19, 2024. Palak told that she was allowed to continue with brand endorsements and after the pandemic, she also started doing brand endorsements on social media. He said, “When I announced that I was leaving the show, they started this action. I have also taken legal advice and will follow what is best for my career.” It is clear from her statements that she is thinking seriously about the situation and is ready to protect her rights.

It is becoming difficult to leave the show

Palak Sidhwani said that the process of leaving the show has become difficult for her. According to reports, she said, “I wanted to leave the show for health reasons and professional growth. I have had several meetings, but no solution has been found yet. This is exploitation, and I never expected this after working with them for five years. Just because I want to leave 'Taarak Mehta', they are making it difficult for me to exit.” Her allegations make it clear that Palak is extremely concerned and dissatisfied about the situation, and she is ready to take appropriate steps for her well-being and career.
