The accused secretary had demanded an amount of ₹ 10,000 for making the birth certificate. However, this bribery attempt was foiled due to the vigilance of the officials and the activation of SVU.

Taking immediate action against Panchayat Secretary Jitendra Prasad, he was arrested and further legal process has been initiated.
