Paneer Cutlet Recipe

2 cups cheese

3 green chillies

1 handful chopped coriander leaves

1 teaspoon red chili powder

2 cups crushed breadcrumbs

5 pinches powdered salt

1/4 cup water

400 grams mashed, peeled potatoes

6 spoons flour

1 teaspoon garam masala powder

1 teaspoon lemon juice

1 cup refined oil

1 handful chopped fenugreek leaves (Methi) Step 1

To make these delicious paneer cutlets, first mash the paneer well. Then crush it and keep it in a bowl for some time.

Take potatoes, boil them and mash them well. Take a large bowl and add grated cheese, 2 tablespoons of flour, mashed potatoes, red chili powder, lemon juice, salt, chopped fenugreek and garam masala. Mix well.

Then add some water and 2 tablespoons of flour and mix again. Make sure there are no lumps left.

Make it into small sized balls. Then flatten them gently. Take breadcrumbs and some flour and place them on 2 separate plates.

Take a pan and heat oil for frying. Take flat cutlet balls and coat them first in flour and then in breadcrumbs.
