2 teaspoons ground Kashmiri red chilli
1 teaspoon cumin powder
3 sprigs coriander leaves

After this, wash the coriander leaves and chop them finely in a bowl. Peel the garlic cloves and chop them finely. Now, wash the paneer and cut it into a plate. Also, soak cashews in 2 tbsp hot milk. Keep all these ingredients aside until needed.
Step 2
After chopping, place a saucepan on medium flame and heat one spoon of ghee in it. After the ghee melts, add chopped onions to it and fry until it becomes transparent. Now, add garlic and fry for a minute. Then, add tomatoes to the pan and fry until the mixture becomes soft. To this mixture, add all the spice powders, salt and fry until the raw smell goes away. Now turn off the stove and let this mixture cool down. Also add soaked cashews to this mixture.
Step 3
When the mixture cools down, put it in a blender jar and make a smooth paste. Keep adding water little by little in between so that the mixture does not become thick. Meanwhile, place the same pan again on medium flame and heat 3 teaspoons of ghee in it. When the ghee becomes hot enough, add cumin and cinnamon to it. Fry for a few seconds and then add chopped potatoes. Stir to mix and then add washed peas and fry well.
step 4
When the potatoes become soft, add the ground mixture to it and mix well. Fry until ghee comes out from the mixture. Now, add water until the required consistency is reached. Finally, add the milk along with the shredded cheese in the pan and stir to combine all the ingredients once again, let the mixture boil for about 10 minutes. Cover the pan with a lid and cook until all the ingredients are mixed well.
Step 5
After 10 minutes of cooking all the vegetables in milk, open the lid and check if all the vegetables are cooked. If not, cook for 5 more minutes and then turn off the stove. Sprinkle ground Kasuri methi and coriander leaves over the prepared dish and add a tablespoon of fresh cream. Stir and serve hot with jeera rice or naan/kulcha.
