1 bunch spinach
1 finely chopped onion
1 clove crushed garlic
2 tbsp coconut milk
1 handful coriander leaves
2 tbsp refined oil
1 tsp ground turmeric
200 grams moong dal
1 cup cottage cheese cut into cubes
3/4 tsp grated ginger
1 small chopped tomato
salt as required
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
Step 1
To make this delicious dish, wash moong dal thoroughly and cook it in a pressure cooker. Keep it aside.
Step 2
Take some water in a pressure cooker and boil the spinach. Once done, blend the spinach and cooked moong dal in a food processor.

Take a pan and heat oil in it on medium flame. Add tomato, onion, ginger and garlic and fry for a few minutes. After that add coconut milk. Boil for 5 to 10 minutes.

Add the mixture of spinach leaves and moong dal in this pan and keep stirring. Add turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder and salt as per your taste.

Heat oil in another nonstick pan and fry the paneer pieces until golden. Add the fried paneer pieces to the pan. Boil for a few minutes and then remove the pan from the flame.

Garnish with coriander leaves. serve
