Despite all the claims and efforts of the Forest Department, the herd of elephants continues to create havoc in Ramgarh. 6 people have died in Ramgarh in the last four days.

Firearms, torches, spray torches and other equipment are being used throughout the night during the rescue operation. When elephants come face to face at night, they are gradually being driven towards the forest through these means. Due to the fragmentation of the herd, complete success has not been achieved yet, but the campaign is continuing.

Hundreds of people die every year due to elephants in different areas of Jharkhand, yet the forest department does not seem to be taking any concrete steps.
