Tea-Making Robot: AI is working rapidly towards making household tasks easier. The Panther humanoid robot, developed by Chinese robotics company UniX AI and unveiled in April 2026, is designed to perform household chores such as making tea, cleaning and washing clothes. It is the world’s first service humanoid robot that is ready to work in real homes, and it operates on its unique wheeled Dual-Arm Architecture. It has a dual arm design with wheels, 34 joints for precise movement and a vertical lift capacity of 80 cm, allowing it to work at heights on various surfaces in the home.
