Pashupati Paras will have to vacate RLJP office within 7 days, order issued

Patna. The Building Construction Department has given seven days time to former Union Minister and Rashtriya Lok Janshakti Party President Pashupati Kumar Paras to vacate the office. Along with this, instructions have been given that if it is not vacated within seven days, the office will be vacated by force.

This letter has been issued by Sanjay Kumar Singh, Joint Secretary cum Competent Authority of Building Construction Department, on the date of 22 October 2024. The junior engineer said that notice had been given earlier also, but it had not been vacated and now the advertisement had been pasted which had been torn down.

The Real Estate Officer has issued a letter in the name of the National President. The department has written in the letter that using the power of section (4) of the Departmental Act 1956, the National LJP President is directed to send a letter to the House No. 1 Wheeler Road, Shaheed Peer Ali Khan within 7 days of receiving the copy of the order.
